Feature requests
Schools shape this product. If Timetable Studio is missing something your school needs — exam scheduling, parent app, report cards, attendance, anything — write to us. We usually ship requested features within a week or two.
Bug reports
If you spot a bug, please include:
- What you were trying to do
- What happened instead
- The browser and device you were using (e.g. Chrome on Mac)
- A screenshot if it helps

Timetable Studio is operated from India. For postal correspondence, please use email first — we will share a postal address only when it is needed for a specific matter.
Response time
Working days: Monday–Friday, 9am–7pm IST. We don’t guarantee responses on weekends or public holidays, but often reply anyway.
